The hotel is located in a quiet new residential area with beautiful views over the mountais and within easy access to the sea side and most of the tourist attractions such as Monte Igueldo fairground and the beautiful beach of La Concha.

The 75 rooms are medium in size, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with hair dryer in the bathroom, magnifying mirror, interactive TV, Wi Fi, amenities. The decoration is based on soft warm colours, mainly beige. There are rooms specially though for women, for handicapped people and also non-smoking rooms.

The restaurant is a pleasant medium sized room with natural light which sliding glass walls are opened during summer time to enjoy both nice meals and the unique "gourmet breakfast" which is a new concept of breakfast created by the hotel's chef where guests enjoy a large variety of dishes including regional specialities served to the table.
